I want share my work on Magnet Axiom with community.
Just install the version which you want and apply the patch.

Istructions:

The same password can be used for extract files in 7z archives.

• extract exe from patch.7z
• open a cmd or powershell with administrator privileges
• run with

I love open source so I share the souce of my work, as the developer of the IDA patch did

Automatic updates doesn't work for me, someone report me works, but if you update just run patch and should work.
The patcher is tested with success on versions: 7.8.0, 8.8.0, 9.2.1, 9.4.0, 9.4.1, 9.5.0, 9.6.0

BETA because I haven't done any thorough testing so I don't know if everything works, if you can try it and give me feedback it's welcome.

ZIP files are the same downloaded with wyupdater untoched, you can download also alone.

- Understand if cloud extraction feature works (waiting for test)
- Enable lawenforcement feature done
- Transcribe audio and video menu item Require Magnet Model installed, see

Can you directly install 9.40 then add your patch? Or do u still need to install 8.8 1st?

Also the Magnetaxiom.all.to.9.4.0.44917.zip is corrupted when unraring at 11% the 9.2 file works fine

You need to install 1st 8.8 because zip files are updates released from Magnet which do not contain the exe for installation, are used by wyupdater.exe.
I tried to use it without installation but I got errors at startup as passware is not installed.

I downloaded and tested with 7-zip and works, could you confirm which sha1sum of file is 1ac91dce0b46e6c04a65dc92f31adf2857386b30 ?
That file can be download with this powershell command

Is better use that command so you emulate the same request of wyupdate.exe

If you are interested to other available urls, you can download this zip

that zip contains a binary file 0, if you open that file with hex editor as HxD you can see all urls. There are many partial patches and one all to latest version.

First of all, thanks for your work with Magnet Axiom, really appreciate it!

Installed full setup AXIOMv940.44917 and patched with your fix...

Just tested Process right now...
Creating Case is ok, but it´s not allowed to select/customize the artifacts (inactive buttons) after adding an evidence for carving.... hope you can fix this

Could you test?
I tried Evidence Source Computer Windows 1 directory and now I have 208 Artifact Computer available, I tried to go and I got the Case.
I can see it with Examine.
