Hi, there is an issue i have to report. The function to create "Portable case" (a very important one) has already failed 2 times in my test case, it starts but after more then 10 hours never gets thrugh step 1 of 3. Maybe anyone can test this just to be sure it's not an issue with my single test case?

Hi @etness, yes for Axiom Process there is cloud acquisition activated...BUT...
when running Axiom Examine, it´s deactivated. When there are tokens for
cloud-access (after processing a mobilephone) and you want to get cloud-datas
within Examine, this is not possible.

Maybe cloud-license has to be activated somewhere in files for Examine too? Maybe...

Hi @doppiamunnezza , just created a portable case, extraction FFS from Samsung SM-A125F. Step 1 of 3 was finished after short time, 2 and 3 took longer.
But here i successfully created a portable case. So maybe it belongs to your test case - or the size of this case - or something else.



Time for a portable case, about 20 GB, was about 15 minutes... see log here...



And no problem to open the exported portable case

Just a quick note you need to run patch as admin and do both apps, examine and process for licensing to work
Someone else tested installing the app after deleting an older version with different patch and ran into a few problems but he found a solution

Hi, i can confirm what zicke2 says, it took a strangely long amount of time but eventually the portable case was created and tested. Works fine. Great job, kudos to @etness

What about the menu item "Transcribe audio and video"? Anyone knows it it is possible to enable this feature ? I mean not just enable the menu item but effectively use the feature

This update resolve the last and previous issue reported by @dag.oriordan
Could you test?
You can remove the patched AXIOM Examine\Magnet.ViewModels.dll and restore AXIOM Examine\Magnet.ViewModels_ORIG.dll as AXIOM Examine\Magnet.ViewModels.dll this dll is not patched anymore.
Now the license class manage correctly standalone examine feature, is disabled so Examine works as Full Version.
While analyzing the problem I saw that there are some features reserved for LawEnforcement, I'll try to enable them.

Hi @zicke2, I verified your issue and that message appears because Examine was recognized as Standalone and not as Full, with the latest version it should be fixed, could you check?

Looking closely at the program and its (old) manual, I also thought there were different menus/features that weren't always active.
I also noticed that there are differences between the versions, and that the law enforcement version is more complete.
I was able to activate some features and fixes, but I couldn't understand the code for others.

I'm trying the tests but I can't acquire iOS, Android and SIM Card it freezes and does not continue forward, not allowing you to select any source.
I need to close Process using Windows Task Manager.
Is this just my problem or have other users encountered this?
Still won't delete "Evidence source" from Examine: he processes but at the end of the process the evidence is still in place!
