All I can confirm is that @Sygmund Oose 's solution is the best and safest one I know.
Can you provide a license key file for Xcell compiler, even an old key is enough.

)] in the folder: "c:\Program Files (x86)\DoneEx\VbaCompiler\"2 - Extract the "project.zip" files to a folder and run the .EXE file. It will load the VbACompiler into memory and place the key in the "localdata" folder on your computer.
3 - If the program is not yet registered, load the key "vbc4ekey.dat" provided.

O primeiro projeto está com uma chave que venceu em outubro desse ano. Por isso você não está tendo sucesso.
Vou enviar o carregador com uma chave que vence em novembro.
Não esqueça que estamos em um sistema de 64bits.

I made:
1. Install VbaCompiler 2.4 at: "C:\Program Files (x86)\DoneEx\VbaCompiler\"
2. Load on disk С and Unpacked file "projeto-novembro.zip"
3. Run vbaclr4eX64.exe
4. Run VbaCompiler 2.4 and load vbc4ekey.dat
As a result, I received the messages:

The error occurs because your computer does not let the memory be corrected and it loads the full program.
It looks like your computer limits memory access (for some reason).
The program I created corrects the application in memory, not physically, as it has CRC correction and there is no point in cracking the application. In this case, run "vbaclr4eX64.exe" as administrator to see if it resolves the issue. Don't worry there are no viruses here, I made this program myself.
