Hi, thanks for the info, but I can't figure out why it's not working. I can't find any button to start transcription, and in the "Process" menu at the top, the "transcribe audio and video" option is grayed out, inactive, and unselectable.

Nothing doing, it just won't work for me! I reinstalled it, but in the "Examine" menu, "Process," the "Transcribe audio and video" option isn't enabled (grayed out)
I can't find any option, button, or anything else that allows me to transcribe.
Can someone post a screenshot of where the option is? That way I can at least see if it's my fault for not seeing it, or if it's a software issue (just me, obviously)

Hi @dag.oriordan @etness , here there is no problem with transcribing...

I installed fresh Axiom 9.4.1, installed Magnet Model plugin,
used latest patch from @etness ... everything fine

Option for Transcribing is active
Possible to transcribe whole audio in case or selected one...

Sorry for the delay, but I missed the post with the question...up until v9.3, the option was present in the drop-down menu. If I can find a screenshot, I'll post it.

Thanks for the feedback. I uninstalled Axiom and Models, rebooted, and reapplied the patch.
Now it works, the menu is enabled.

Just a little update for anyone who may need, system can surely influence if transcription service can work or not (not depending on the patch). I installed it on 2 different pc, same axiom version (latest) same Magnet Models version, same installation sequence. Transcription menu item is enabled on both pc but only on one the transcription really works. on the other one when i try to use the function it says "Transcribing audio (0 of X)", stays like this for 10 or 15 minutes and finally it says "Transcription failed" and if you check services you find that "Magnet Models Service" is not in "running" state anymore. Till now i've not been able to understand the cause but surely it's not patch fault.

Try searching the AXIOM Examine directory for a log.txt file and see if there are any errors.
I don't have the Magnet Module installed, but it might also generate log files named log.txt.
2 different PC means also different GPU, OS, drivers and others?
The issue could be in Magnet Models since the service is crashing.
You could try checking the event viewer for any errors.

I updated the patch exe and sources, you can find always in the same link on first post.
I enabled enhancedcyber which enable also feature of lawenforcement beyond that cyber.
I enabled 5 features that cannot be enabled with a license, such as LOG_EXPLORER.
They appear to be hidden features. It's very strange, are they obsolete? Hidden?

@dag.oriordan could you verify if for you work log explorer? On the latest version when I click on my test case, appear an empty window with the classe name.

Now the patch checks if it can write the file and give a warning to user "Run with administrator privileges" if can't write the file, remove also Read Only attribute from the file @doppiamunnezza could you verify if works also for you?

Perhaps a silly question, but do you need to merge these together with something like 7Zip, or can you simply use the .exe in Part 1 to install everything?

Hi, extract an archive and it automatically extracts everything you need. Then run the .exe file and it installs. Nothing else. Bye

Little update. Was working a case with 2 pc images, after completing the first one and while analyzing shadow copies on the second hd image, Axiom Process paused with this error message:
"unable to find the callback library "msscb.dll" or one of its dependencies". I searched for this dll and it was nowhere on my pc , i searched on other computers but it was not found.
Solved it downloading the dll from here: "

", checked it on virustotal and finally placed it here: "C:\Windows\SysWOW64". I'm not able to tell if it was somehow deleted from my system or if its used only in very specific circumstances but when i placed it where expected i clicked "OK" on Axiom Process message and elaboration continued without any other error. Axiom is version 9.4.1.45125
