First you say you need a trial license to create a new crack for the new version, and then you state that the latest version is cracked. Now you say the crack is private? If you want to keep it for yourself, you should get the trial license yourself! What you are doing here is wrong. Taking what you need from the community and keeping the crack for yourself is not okay!

Apparently, three people died. Unknown if it were due to complications during/after surgery or due to the doctors incompetence (if any).
One could discuss the moral implications when it comes to stuff like this. What the release is allowing muppets to do, posing as "real" X-ray evaluators just because they have the software...
For example, I refrained releasing a certain software used by electricians to provide installation testing certificates as the software could produce diplomas/certificates that the installer was certified...

It’s the same for forensic software, if someone who had software checked there girlfriends/boyfriends phone and find cheating that can cause an ugly mess as well
