I answer my own question.
***Disclaimer*** my test was made in a windows 11 vmware virtual machine.
As someone already said the "supposed" keygen asks for a machine id (which is generated by the loader
as a file named "comid" togheter with a file named "idsys") and should produce a .lic file, instead it recreates
the 2 files "comid" and "idsys".
I may have done some error, or the vm environment may have a bad effect on the loader/keygen but my
conclusion is that this stuff is fake.
