after installing ida pro, go to the rrot folder where ida binary resides. there is another binary: `idapyswitch`, with this binary you can select your prefered python version. You can use system python or another python version installer via pyenv.
BTW, new IDA Pro versions come without python. you need to show python with `idapyswitch` to ida pro
