I have never used Mac Windows
I have no idea how debugger codes look on Mac Windows
There is no tutorial or information on the internet on how they prepare patches for Mac Windows

I' ve tried your patch but i cannot import the license
I am trying to attach zip file with trial licence key and full installer for MacOS and Windows, but it is too large (3,7GB), how can you let download zip file?...may I post a link or may I can send you a link in pm? Thank you in advanced

I'm sorry, what do you mean for MacWindows?...I have genuine installer for Mac Operative System (Sequoia) with genuine trial activaction key...lasting just 14 days since first installation. I don't know if there is a way to stop 14 days timer

upload the trial file maybe someone can help you
that's the link to download installer for MacOS and Windows OS, in .zip file there is also a word file with licence key able to unlock all features (CT and MRI) for 14 days. I trust in your skills. The best should be the MacOS version which is more fluid

I have copied the files as follows:
C:\ProgramData\cvi42\licenses\circlecvi.lic
C:\Program Files\cvi42\circlecvi.lic
C:\Program Files\cvi42\PYG64.dll
C:\Program Files\cvi42\uxtheme.dll
Then ran rlm.exe and got this: wrong signatur.
And from the program I get the message: License has expired

License is expired years ago and .lic file works with previous release...did you try to activate license with license number in the linked I posted below? The link below contains 6.2.1 installers and also a word file with license number. That licence number works for 14 days for MacOS version, perhaps it could be useful to activate/renew .lic in Windows OS...hoping the crack will block 14 days timer

are you talking about Cardiac MRI analysis with ISP?...or ISP in general? perhaps for Cardiac Imaging it could have sense to post here. Anyway, ISP has a physical dongle I think is hard to bypass
For latest version of cvi, crack doesn't work. I am trying to get arount the problem by creatig a served based virtual machine using Proxmox...I installed Windows on VM and I am waiting for a trial license; than I will start VM with a specific date and time everyone I will run it, so the trial license will be for ever because no time will pass thanks to VM and specific date
